Starting 19th APRIL, 22 i registered a complaint for the cooling problem of my AC. engineer visited and repaired the coils for gas leakage. but after 2 days, again the coils had a problem and hence were inspected again on a revisit. Now, Mr. Zaid from your DG service center have taken my coils and is not picking calls since almost 15 days. Now, whenever i call the service center, they create a new complaint and hence no visit is planned thereafter.
also, i have no idea about where are my AC coils.
This attitude of sargam is highly unprofessional.
