Text of Complaint by Ayan Bhuiya:

I bought this AC on 12th September 2021. When the installation technician cam at my place, he asked for 3149rs for standard installation of the product excluding any extra charges but as per Amazon app, the standard installation charge is 999rs plus GST. So I raised a complaint on 14th Sep 2021 about it with Amazon and they dragged it till 22nd Sep 2021 without any proper resolution and even raised a Trouble ticket which Amazon claims to be the highest ticket they can create. On 22nd Sep they accepted my return request and agreed to pay my money back. But till after so many return requests still they aren’t picking up the item and not returning my money and not giving me any resolution and saying that they will create another return ticket which is just a form of intentional harassment.
