I am like to GET Airtel fibre internet connection for my work process .so I called to one of the person in nearest store at gurgoan his name is VISHAL UPADHAY .He send executive to collect the address details and proof of me for the connection.After that I paid for the package amount 2400 .He told me like connection will be given on the evening of 4th may 2020 itself but I didn’t get .So I called him and asked about the status he simply told sorry we can’t give you connection then I asked for the refund he told me it will take 7 days to process but I don’t have that much time .Based on his words I disconnected my previous connection also because of his careless attitude I am in edge of termination from my company .PLEASE take actions on this .Try to fix my issue as soon as possible .
