Worst experience ever. I had booked the bus from Hyderabad to kalasipayalam ( Bangalore). And when I got down at kalasipayalam and went to take luggage, the luggage was missing. The bus person had left my luggage at Esteem Mall while giving luggage to another passenger. Pure negligence and carelessness. I had to go all the way to esteem Mall and few kind auto drivers helped me find the luggage. And the worst part is the so called manager and bus driver asked me to pay money to the auto driver as the bus driver accompanied me to esteem Mall in auto. Have never had such a pathetic service and cold behaviour from a bus service. Would never recommend this bus to anyone who cares about their belongings. They would carelessly put it off anywhere and wouldn’t move their ass when asked.
