I got a job in online data entry from care work pvt ltd., 6 days were given to do this work, in which 700 pages of data entry had to be done.
I started this work on 11 July 2023 and I had to finish this work on 16 July 2023, I worked smoothly for 4 days from 11th July 2023 to midnight of 14th July 2023. I had done data entry of 501 pages in 4 days and I was on track for my target of 700 pages in 6 days. But on 15th July 2023 at 7 pm when I logged in to work the page was logged in but the work sheet was not opening then I whatsapp my contact person and also shared the screenshot together, Why is this happening and how will I be able to achieve my target? She said sir maybe there is some problem, I will tell my technical team, they will call you and solve the problem. Then I got a call and she said that I have done something wrong because this error is happening, you have to pay 4000 to fix it and make it work again, when I said, I am doing the same thing for 4 days then there is no problem. When my target is about to be achieved or will be achieved on time, then such bullying was done from there itself so that they could take money from our side.
When I refused to give money, she started blasting and abusing me on the call that you had made an agreement of stamp paper of 500, will send you a court notice, you will send people in my house on behalf of the company with all the proofs, a fine or panelty of 50,000 will be imposed much more to said you to me, then I checked the company on Google there are many complaints raised and comments against them.
I request you to take strict action against these fraudsters, all these fraud companies like Care Work Pvt Ltd. are playing with people’s emotions, torturing them mentally, showing signs of agreement to take money from people, dedication towards our work is being hurt by them, they are mentally harassed by turning it into stress.
Please sir help me and people suffering like me from the hands of all these fraudsters.
