Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with recent order I placed online in your website
Order I’d / no. TONTP77518
Product name n SKU : 8 pcs stylish bra brief,sets 36 SKU innerwear
Rs. 646
But to my surprise I received a product parcel of size 32 and only 3 bra that to very low quality and I placed order for set of 8 bra brief set of 38 size and I am extremely disappointed.
There no invoice inside the product no return related policy or exchange related rules. No contact details no after sales service.
Further more product quality didn’t match my expectation.
I am requesting immediate solution to my issue.
I tried to contact there customer service no but I got connected with fraud one they asked me to download anydesk app I asked them why they doing so they said they will refund immediately but it was fraud i didn’t disclose my Paytm password and disconnected the call
