I don’t have network on my airtel card form last 5-6 days. I had word with customer care. He said change the card. I did that I took new card with same no. from airtel gallary. As per them it should start working after 2 hrs but it’s not started after 4 hrs, so I again make a call to customer care. He did not help me in any way rather he insulted me saying why you are weasting time on fighting with me instead of that you should go to the shop and change card again. I cannot do anything. If you want you can complaint on email and hang up the call. This is not the way to talk with any customer. The way he talked was very unprofessional. And I feel very insulted.
