Text of Complaint by Venkatesan:

  1. Every 15 minutes later the stb is showing “card initialising (28)” message.After contacted the customer care they are in the mood of collecting the service charge money, they doesn’t know what the problem is.Simply they are replying sir: our technical guy will come, for that you have to pay ₹175 service charge.After the validity I’m going to back with old cable operator only.
