I processed master card payment of Rs.16,000/- via Aeron Pay on Aug 13, 2022. The app is showing transaction successful but it is still not credited in master card. I am continuous following on their whatsapp number / Email but always they say wait 24-48 hours. Please help.

Please file a complaint with the RBI at https://sachet.rbi.org.in/Complaints/Add. The RBI has taken a stern view about such issues and will take necessary action against the NBFC
