I was paying 36161/- amt of card payment on phonepe it failed and was debited and need the same amt on. 2nd dec to pay other bill now the amt which is not refunded so I have to pay extra penalties i have to another card bills some how I am managing this thru my salary and now customer care of phonepe don’t have any solution and they just hunged up the call without giving any answer now I am in a big problem if they refunded my amt till night I will be able to pay emis and other card payment or else phone pe has to pay the penalties of atleast 15k
