I booked an Indigo Airline ticket through MMT from Mangalore to Bangalore on 02 Jan 2023 for our family of 4 members – booking ID No. NF2GO4DZX8VDVKNQ6719 and booked a taxi. We had 2 checked in bags and 6 hand carried bags. The Taxi information stated that Dzire or similar car will be sent. The car actually sent was electric car with a very small dicky which could hold only one bag and nothing else. We asked for a bigger car which can hold atleast 2 bags, but the driver said that they have only the small electric cars and nothing else.
Helpdesk was not useful at all. After a frustrating wait of 1.5 hours, we took an airport taxi and returned home. MMT has not followed its contract of Dsire or similar taxi. Their customer service was not helpful at all.
My requirement is that the amount charged for the Taxi should be refunded in full with an apology for the inconvenience caused to us.
