Dear sir / madam,
I got my new car in the month of October-2020, they done misspriparation of my vehicle documents and RTA officials rejected the same.
After that the showroom team members are not responding and not initiated my pending work.
Since many follow ups they are given many false commitment and behaviour of showroom members also unprofessional.
Since October nothing has been moved from the showroom and they are not willing to do as per the TAT
