, i would like to inform you i got service for my i10 car, car no. 0711, silver color and cng from gomechanic capital workshop at sultanpur on 25th january 2021, i made online payment rupees 3684 for comprehensive service which is highest level of service where everything is get repair as per mentioned on the website of company. So i know some of company cheat with customer i dont for how long they did with multiple customer, go mechanic give free complementary pick drop facility because customer doesnt watch what happening with customer’s car, my intention to focus on the service , i went by myself at workshop and lookingafter everything they chrged me high but forgot to do everything in service nobody taking serious they forgot to repair my rear wheel service, throttle clean,gear topup, wheel rotation and scanning but these all of thing i got completed by request but still they charged for fuel filter in service price but they didnt change the part so my question is that if they dont repair rear wheel and due to break issue got accident , who will responsible, if throttle not cleaned any my car having issue with stating who is resposible, if gear oil not changed then who is responsible for gear issue and if fuel filter not changed who is responsible for engine issue and mileage. Even i called executive guide but till now no solution provide,they have mentioned in bill we have repace fuel filer his name is gorav , his contact is 8800890315 and one more thing , he want to shut me down, even i executive said refunding 500 wallet credit but not credited till now.
