We rented a car in Delhi through a car rental service. The person Vishu Khurana, charged Rs 4500/- as car rent and another Rs 2000/- as security deposit. The whole amount was paid by us through PayTm on 14th Oct 2022 at round 11.00 am. He promised to return the security money of Rs 2000/- after 2 days of returning the car back to him. We returned the car on 15th Oct 2022 at around 11.00pm. We have requested him to return our security money many times but he is not returning our security money back.
I am attaching the paytm receipt of our payment and the address card of the concerned car rental service provider.
please look into the matter and take appropriate action.
