I have sold my XL6 car to cars24 on 29th November 2024 . But even after more than 4 months, they did not transfer my car ownership / car RC transfer yet. As per their rules, the maximum time period for RC transfer is 90 Days. But still it is more than 127 days now, and they did not transfer my car ownership/ Car RC transfer. When I email them regarding the same, I did not get any satisfactory answer from them. When I checked the status of RC Transfer online on their website, it is still showing “RC transfer is in process”.
Now maximum time period for RC transfer is already over, I need justice in this regards. My car ownership must be transfer immediately.
I request you to kindly consider this as a serious issue and kindly do the needful at the earliest.
