Text of Complaint by Sharana Basava:

I have purchased the car in Oct 9th 2023, closely 3 months now I was told during buying the car it would gives mileage about 17.56 km/per litre so unfortunately my car is not giving 17km mileage, so it’s giving around 8-9km on long drive, I have raised many complaints but nothing has not been resolved yet, also recently I started experiencing the engine management issue so that I have visited the spinny workshop to fix the issue, but they kept my car two days in their workshop and being end up with nothing was fixed, the issue is still persisting, Also, am trying to sale back my car to spinny when I called to customer care service to get sale procedure and firstly they asked me the ownership information as I told I am 4th owner of the car so customer care said can’t purchase 4th owner car.
I purchased the car from Spinny but they are not ready to buy back and fix the current issued within warranty cover.

This is really disappointing and need a solution immediately. i was also trying to call relationship manager in Shathineeketan hub but last 1 week he has not been picking up my phone call.

I am frustrated with Spinny furthermore RM has given fake information about the car during my purchase of the car.

Please take immediate action on Spinny. they are silent fraudster to customers, even in case of RC transfer. and also I have not received hard copy of RC yet as they told me while purchasing the car we will get the RC on handy within 60-90 days it’s been 90 days now.
