Car bought from HS Enterprise(Shipley) Ltd trading as HS Motors on Ebay. Delivered to Scotland late in the rain.
Should have had two keys, service, new MOT 6 month warranty for parts and labour..
No documents or spare key produced apart from new owners V5 section. Told they were waiting for the warranty and all would be posted in the next few days – nothing !
Following day, checked over car. Every body panel was deeply scratched with damage to the NSF wheel arch, Engine management light on, Service due light on, windscreen washers not working, Driver’s door mirror broken, NSR tyre below legal limit, NSF tyre bulge and separation on the inside.
This on a car which, purportedly had a new MOT a few days earlier.
All communication with Seller AHMED HASSN QASIM blocked ignored or unanswered.
Court action in Tain for redress. I won the action and Decree granted in my favour for expenses and costs. Now having to pursue again in Bradford Court to obtain Enforcement order at even more expense.
This man is an unscrupulous fraudster and is allegedly in association with Amicas group at the same address – 33 Old Loch Lane, Canal Road. Bradford BD1 4AH where his stock of vehicles were transferred in March 2025- same numbers, price and description.
Avoid this cheat like the plague
