I had given my car for servicing to go mechanic on 8th April 2022..same was done and car was returned. Service was satisfactory. Now, after service of the car we went for the pollution certificate but carbon emission was 450 so we couldn’t get the puc anywhere. We connected with service buddy Nikhil and he asked us to go to the workshop to get it checked..we went there and the workshop owner did not attend to the issue and asked us to go to some other vendor to get the puc. We again connected with go mechanic helpdesk for this issue if it is checked in servicing or not but they did not respond well and we’re charging 500/- extra to check the issue as it was over one month from the date of service. We connected with the service buddy Nikhil again , he assured that the issue will be checked and will not be charged but it was never done. We ultimately went to some other service centre and there to our shock we found that the catalytic converter of the car is missing ( picture enclosed).
This is totally a fraud company and is thriving by stealing parts and selling it.
