Hi Gomechanic,

Gomechanic Order no: 20220502922713776

I just reviewed from other services center and come to know that your Gomechanic service center had opened my silencer without any issues when I kept my car in your regular service and cause my car silencer leakage and even they may removed sand from silencer so if such scenario gomechanic need to resolved my issue.

It’s not fair such type of incidents happened without customer notice taking benefits or increasing customer bill it’s not right practice.

Do believe on your words and trust based on customer coming only large chain brand but such incidents can’t be accepted.

Take appropriate actions asap.

Here is proof to removed SAND from manifold.

It’s too worst to see such experience at geomechanic.

Need urgent support in such un organic way doing fraudulent is not acceptable.

This major crime and I will raise voice against gomechanic.
