I had made the payment of Rs 10,910 to purchase my car insurance policy. Later they ask me 500 rs more so I cancelled the deal and requested to refund my amount. They were agreed to pay me full amount back within 48 hours. It’s around a month now they are not returning my money till last week they were picking up my call and saying it will be credited in 48 hours but since last week not picking up my call and not replying my email also.
