Claim lodged on 25th nov but still as on 13th dec gone, no any responses get from insurance company royal sundram. Allotted surveyor harsh me that claim not approve from their end or not reject , still status pending. After despite mail to royal sundram , still no any responses get from company. I have daily monetary loss due to non availability of vehicle and also waste of my more time on daily basis. Kindly look in sir.
