I have booked the car from zoomcar and opted for home delivery and paid the charges for the same. Delivery time was 7pm on 07.05.2022 , we call agent for car delivery they tried to contact car owner for delivery but no response from him. They continuously put us on hold and there was no proper response from their side. On last call one agent disconnected the call disrespectfully while I was asking for the proper solution or alternative or benefits for the hustle we have gone through. Booking I’d is : 7PSN7QNXI
