I have booked a periodic car service from the app of car Dekho having booking I’d number Order Id: QVOAUWR0DH8WZXN5NXIU9YKW on 22nd April. Time slot was 2:00PM as per the discussion of their executive, but their technician comes around 5:00PM. After that inspite of being late he didn’t came with all spare parts air filter was missing I asked him to replace it immediately but he said it’s too late I have to go to home I will do it by tomorrow morning between 10:00 to 10:30AM I said ok no issues, I have paid full amount also. But today morning they people didn’t receive call, then I got a message from them that sir our technician will come at 2:00PM i said ok. But till 5:00PM no one is here. I was calling again and again but they people didn’t responded over the call. They have wasted my full day which is very precious for me.
They also not provided any tax invoice, I asked many times for it but they said we will provide but they not.
They people are harrassing me.
They wasted my time.
I have paid GST amount also.
This is to request you that please take an appropriate action against these people so that they can not make fool to anyone else. No one should be scammed by these people.
