Text of Complaint by Noor Ahmed:

I have been trying to report damage done to my car by customer in zoom car but the company is avoiding my complaint saying it’s a maintenance issue.

I would list the whole situation here..

I got a booking who’s details are:
Date :3rd September to 5th September 2022
Booking id: JPSN7TDZJ

But i did not get my car back on 5th September but instead I got a call from Peenya workshop of zoomcar as the car has been damaged and brought to their garage.

And then i raised many ticket about the same and after so many tickets i got an answer from zoomcar support that the car damage is due to maintenance issues.

On further inspection with my mechanic i got to know that the radiator has been damaged by customer and there is coolant leak ( may be he bumped over a big hump or a stone) and all the coolant got leaked which resulted in engine over heating because of no coolant and now the engine has been seized, its battery has been fully drained, engine starts but with a white steam like smoke from exhaust. I have attached videos and photos with this complaint
I kindly request consumer complaint court to please do the needful as my car was in very good condition and i can even prove it as i had attached ‘gomechanic Obd tracker v:2.0’
Which gives full information about the condition of the car and how the car has been driven.
