I am an unemployed student. So, I had applied for online Captcha filling work for Placement India Company. I had gone through process but don’t like their terms so I have not proceed further. But I received an email providing link. And as I click on it.. I received msg saying registration completed. I had sent my Adhar copy before processing. But then I neither get work nor I had submmited any agreement.
Now I missed call from a number, then I received an email from Advocate saying I had breech my contract and I have to complete legel activities. Then I received text msg from JM-ATVTSF saying legal action against me will be taken and provided me a number of Advocate. As I called on that number he threatened me and said that if I have not settle this outside.. He will take me to Gujrat court and I have to include my parents and will end my career and money.
I got depressed and I do not recon exact process of agreement, so I paid compensation amount. But, later he said this is only for a month and if I have to close totally, I have to pay for whole year and suggest me a great amount. He provided me time limit. But I have not money and now I am receiving msg that PIL is filed against me and a hard copy from court will reach to my place in 72 hrs. He is threatening me again.
Please guide me here because I do not know if he is genuine or not and do not wanna drag myself in legal activity nor I have money to pay. Please help me out.
