I received a call stating they are calling from OLX and will provide online WFH. They asked me for KYC for registration without any fees. Afterwards i received confirmation call and in that they said i  have to pay 5400/-. I didnot received any link to work. I even did not submitted digital contract. That person asked screenshot of the mail in which i received digital agreement. I didnot signed it. 

Now suddenly a lawyer from Gujarat calls me and accuses for breach of contract. He said he will be submitting my call recording to court as proof and will be sending notice at my home. Afterwards i received a notice on mail only. And they are demanding 5400/- + 3000/- INR for filing case against me.

They are mentally harassing me for charges.

Kindly help to resolve these fraudulent activities.
