Text of Complaint by Arpita Debnath:

registered on quicker.com for part time jobs. Then i get an email from mk enterprise gujrat for a online data filling job. They made a fake agreement which is attached below for 11 months on  04 jan 2021. I came to know that this company is fake. i log in into their website and do any work. Then on 16 jan i received a phone call. If i want to solve this matter i have to pay a penalty of 6700 rs.” i DON’T paid that amount. After that i received another phone call from noc department of company and he said i have to pay 47530 to cancel the contract with company. Otherwise company will register fir against you.”i DON’T paid that amount also.

If you are not paying a company penalty then the company is eligible to take legal action against you . Agreement breaching sections are imposed on you .

You have 45 Minutes to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case.
