Sir/madam, i had applied for online captcha entry job in 4 june 2020. They give me contract that you have to do 10000 captcha in 10 days. And i didn’t know that this company is fraud and cheats/ blackmails people. Before registering they didn’t give any information about their terms and conditions after registration they provide the app and this app is not working. After that on 16 june 2020 i got a call from Advocate Association : Shah Dilip he told me that myc company has fired a case against me for non completion of my work on time and to cancel the case I need to pay 7500INR (6900 INR to company as penalty and 600 INR for getting noc) as the evidence that the company has cancelled the case against me.
When I told him that I don’t have this much money right now he demanded for 3000 inr as a cancellation charges which i have paid him and now he is blackmailing me for more money.

I applied for the job in this company I worked for 7 days that was the time give to me . At the time of work I got many errors and according to agreement I can’t drop the work on between to I completed the work any how. And submitted it I didn’t got any salary but I got a notice mail to pay a registeretion fee. And that lawyer was very much rude to me and kind of harassment was happening. Kindly look into the plm. I applied for the captcha typing job. I worked for 2 days and I searched about this work then only I understood this is cheating and such kind of different companies are there. When they contacted first time, they said that 10000 captchas are there, after completing the work we will get 30000 rupees as salary.
Again they said we have to pay 6900 rupees for the registration charge. Then first month we will get only 23100 rupees. Then I agreed. they sent the agreement copy. In that they mentioned if you do not get 90% accuracy you have to pay the 6900 rupees to the company in each month. The agreement for 11 months. When I search about captcha typing in youtube then only I understood that the company is cheating me. Then I stopped the work. What I have to do? Will I face any legal activities from the company? Please help me to overcome this situation
