I have joined capycha filling job on 10 th May. They could not share any proper report that I did not complete their captcha filling course and they are asking to pay penalty for the same. I bargained though share my report that 8 got failed. They sent a screenshot of missing day day 5 and day jobs. While asking they told I did not work on that day which is not true. They are calling again and again for asking money and threatening of court case of 2 lakhs 80 thousands or I have to pay. For my mistake they took 6500 which I paid. And then they asked if I want to continue or pay penalty for each month. If I continue I have to pay 4 months advance which is (6500×4) = 26000 or termination of the agreement which they shared through mail without any signature of mine.or else for termination of agreement I have to pay 15980. I opted for termination and paid 15980 after that they called again and told called get from Advocate Aditya Mane to close the case they need 4 signature which I have to pay (5400×4)=21600 and processing fee of 6900 to close the matter which o did not pay again. After the same they are calling from diff number and told case has been filed and sent messages from JM-ATVTSF and has given same number to get the further details and sent a message from the same number with telling this is my hometown police station call a fraud SI name Mohan Mishra. AS I already paid 6500+15980 for my mistake and termination of the agreement which I was not supposed to pay, I don’t want to pay more. But the threatening is not stooped by them to pay 28500 immediately or else I have to physically present to the court and pay the time wasting Court money. Today also on 20 th May they sent sms to call them pay and sent a legal notice from Jm-ATVTSF
