You have to do the payment today within 30 minutes , Otherwise your case will be registered under breach of contract
Under Indian Contract Act 1872
Section 73 who has broken the contract, compensation for any loss or damage caused to him .Section 74 provides that damages, not exceeding the amount stipulated in the contract, must be given to the injured party in breach of the contract.Section 75 Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation. A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non fulfillment of the contract.
