I have uploaded my house details in housing .com for giving it to rent. Then one person named Sachin sharma called me told he is interested. So I told him 22000 is rent for month.he told ok for that. No negotiation nothing. Then he asked me how much deposit amount I told 44000, then he told ok for that also. That fraudster is naming him self as Sachin sharma and told he is working in Indian army. Then he told i will pay advance amount and he told my captain will call you in short time named Jora singh. Then I got doubt and searched in net then may complaints were filed on him. So be careful with these fraudsters.
