I placed an order on my glamm on lipstick day
There was an offer to get a combo of lipstick @29 whose actual cost was 499 each.
I placed the order ,they charged shipping Rs 198. Or you can add Rs 198 product . So i add nail paints and mask
I paid the amount online as there was no option for COD.
LATER ON
I received three different parcels on different dates .on 1 august i received lipstick and shapner.
But one of the lipstick is not usable, as the cap of the lipstick is too much tight and unable to open . The shade name is
LC 05 Salmon Swing. . When the cap is not opening tell me how can i swatch it for use.
I raised complaint at the app to change it but they don’t even reply properly and close the chat number of times without solving the issue. I sent alot of pic and video of the product but still they do not take action about the product they sold
Please look into this matter and solve it asap
