- I have multi connection of Tata sky DTH, when I recharge my account it’s working on only one tv on second tv it’s showing “pairing error, this card is not correct for this box”.
- I complained about this on customer care but they said for technical visit and I have to pay them means automatically deducted from account.
- My issue is this error is not coming from my side, this is Tata sky or it’s card issue so why I pay them.
- This is company box issue so company should to pay for this or resolve my issue.
