Text of Complaint by Subhash jangid:

  1. I have multi connection of Tata sky DTH, when I recharge my account it’s working on only one tv on second tv it’s showing “pairing error, this card is not correct for this box”.
  2. I complained about this on customer care but they said for technical visit and I have to pay them means automatically deducted from account.
  3. My issue is this error is not coming from my side, this is Tata sky or it’s card issue so why I pay them.
  4. This is company box issue so company should to pay for this or resolve my issue.
