Hello sir.
I placed an order for shoes.i got the order and I did not like the quality ,i expected a lot better. Now I want to return the order and want refund. I followed the procedure but at the end i could not submit the request and it is showing “there was a problem at our end” every time. And now I have only one day left to return the product because it’s already been 6 days since I received the product. I searched customer care number directly in chrome.i showed a number and call it.it is saying “we are no longer take calls from this number”. Now how can I return my product. I tried to return the product on the day I received it. I also have the screen record of it.
