Can’t Replaced and Returned the products and they take my full money and they can’t refund my money back, Amazon Customer Service team told that they can’t refund your money and can’t help me out in this matter.

I am Kunal Anand. I live in New Delhi. I ordered product from Amazon. I received damaged products from amazon department. I raise the request for replacement/refund. But they can’t help me out. Amazon customer service team told me they can’t help me out in this matters. My money is still hold by amazon and they can’t help me out in these matters. I kindly request you to please help me out for this problem. I am waiting for your response.
