I am writing to address a matter regarding an outstanding loan account that I hold with Sicreva Capital, which was initiated in association with a Flipkart product purchase on October 9th, 2018, amounting to Rs. 10,000.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my Flipkart account was blocked, impeding my ability to fulfill the repayment obligations completely. As a result, there is currently an overdraft totaling Rs. 17,293 on my loan account. Also, it is affecting my CIBIL score.
I want to emphasize my sincere intention to rectify this situation at the earliest opportunity. I understand the importance of fulfilling financial commitments and wish to resolve this matter promptly. Therefore, I kindly request your cooperation in allowing me to repay the outstanding amount in full.
