I am a regular user of Airtel Postpaid services since a decade or so.
Since past several months I’m facing severe network related issues. I can’t make outgoing calls nor can I receive incoming calls properly. The other person can’t hear my voice. Calls drop during conversation.
I have made several complaints but to no effect. My problem isn’t being solved by Airtel.
I’m constrained to state that if this is the state of affairs in Delhi, then God save people who are residing in Tier 2 or 3 cities.
