My Airtel mobile no. is 9782741616. I can’t receive calls because it is showing switched off to everyone who tries to call me even when my mobile number is on and showing full network.
I called at customer care no. ‘121’ but they told me that everything is fine on our end. I also insert my sim in another mobile to check ,if problem is in my mobile but it is still showing switched off. I recharged Airtel unlimited pack of Rs. 399 but it seems like useless because I don’t know who is trying to call me because my number is showing switched off in their end. This problem is showing about 30 -40 days.
Please look into this matter.
