I have ordered my air conditioner on May 26, i received defective item I know that after installation because there was humming sound and defective parts in that then after I request to replacement first of all they refuse to uninstation then I have complaint in Flipkart. Jeeves person come at my home and see the situation then after the approved for replacement
After approval Flipkart authorised person is not come to take replace then again I have complain after that today he get return order but can’t provide replacement item, I have ordered that on may 26
And today is 7th of June Flipkart promise to make delivery on 11th of June literally I want to take legal action against that if person buy something for its need then it’s necessary to provide replacement against that particular item
I can’t feel anything without irritation and insultation from Flipkart because no one care about customers feelings
If I try to complain Flipkart then call her executive cut my call I have attach screenshot here.
