I have recharged for 98 for last month it’s for unlimited talk time and it got invalid before 7 days of its validity. Tried to contact for 198 to have clarification but no luck. Raised ticket in airtel air it’s still in progress for about 10 days. Again recharged for 98 on the same day got only net pack not the unlimited voice. Can’t contact customer care if ticket raised no response . It’s about trusting the pack which has been provided now I hate to recharge for 249 too may the same thing happens and if I can’t contact again the customer care it’s waste of money I can’t try it again. Can you please clarify do the plan for 98 has been changed or extended date is limited awaiting for response. Hopefully think will receive any response.
