can’t add coupons in Airtel thanks app also then for what the app is and no chance to raise a issue from Airtel thanks app then what for the app is ?

Hello

I thought I could use Airtel thanks app easily to complaint is there is an issue with services but not even a customer support in that only the same repeated questions then what for the app is . Even after calling customer care number like 121 nothing happened then why giving offers on packets just to make us fools ha . Atlast I came to a thing that to shift network than using a unfit network
