I last recharged my pack on Dec 21,2018. Since the n I’m having trouble using my internet service. I had registered my complaint multiple time to customer care service and was of no use at all. It’s been around 2 months and I can’t access my internet properly. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as you can.
