Text of Complaint by Teena Gupta:

Suddenly, the Meesho app stopped working on my phone with the message “User verification failed”. On contacting customer care, they said it’s because of high number of canceled orders while the orders were canceled by the app itself. And now, I don’t have the option to track my current orders or return them. Support team is unable to provide the resolution for the same. I feel cheated as they didn’t even notify that my account is going to be blocked. No help was provided by customer care.
