I have open a phone pe business account in which there are options to add bank i which bank you want to receive money.
1. My saving bank ac and current bank ac both have same registered no.
2. I have a propritor ship firm in which owner is full liable for all business transactions and all. No need to make pan no in the name of firm.
3. Gst no is mandatory which i have.
4.Now the problem is that when i open a phone pe business ac at that time representative come to my office and he told me that sir plz give me your pan no that i can complete kyc i have given and he did with some step it take atleast 5 min.
5.now he ask me to add bank ac with the no to which i have done kyc as i told him to add my current ac but he cant able to do so at that time he requested me to provide my saving ac details for adding that he will show me how to run app and all payment will directly cr to ur added bank ac. I given detail of my saving ac but after when he gone from my office i tried to make app user friendly with myself i just r&d for 5 min and after i tried to add my current ac because this is phone pe for business and it should be with my current ac only for better and legal process to maintain ac but when i tried to add my current ac a message showing to me that we cant add to ur current ac due to mismatch of ac holder name that shoud be in a name of kyc doc i called to customer care and explain my all problem that this ac which i have open for business so i cant take money in my saving ac plz help me to add my current ac they replied same sorry only u can add ac with ur name only.
My? To phone pe is
1-That a current ac cant be in a name of proprietor.
2- if u giving a facility for business then why ur employee added my saving ac and cheated me.
3.- If mistake have been done from your side then change my kyc detail. Again you people replying no once kyc done with the registered no cant be change.
It mean u running ur app with a name of phone pe for business but not following the rule of govt u need not to add saving ac with business ac in any condition.
You providing normal phone pe that is for personal use i that saving ac can be added. But not in business app.
