Hello everyone,
I’m Ramya, living in tirupur. I shifted from aircel to airtel(about more 8 months ago). And recently recharged with Net pack for Rs. 149 plan(though inbetween i have been using this airtel service consecutively). Its been three days, right after recharge also i couldn’t able to access to the internet, for the past three days, since the time of recharge, its been more than 12 times i seeked help from customer care and 3 times visited the Nearby airtel store. Nothing helped, still i’m facing the same issue. Each and every time i call customer care, their excuetive is redirecting me. Even swapped my sim for the cost of Rs.50. This issue is casued to my primary number, i’m suffering a lot for the past three days. Kindly do the needful.
