I have main account balance in my number and a valid active pack of 79. In Total I have Rs. 83 out of which Rs.62 is talktime balance and Rs.21 in main account balance. Still, I can’t send one sms . Airtel is saying I have to buy an unlimited pack to send sms. Why is this so?? I may have no free sms from Rs. 79 pack, but I have main balance in my account. Then why will I need an unlimited pack to send an sms?? This is loot, a clear example of loot from airtel. This is against the law.
