i have 7 rs.  balance in my account but i cannot make a call nor message to anyone. even not connecting to airtel customer care for complaint. i was in place where i stuck to unable to recharge. i have already recharged but they cannot allow me to make call or sms. very third class service of airtel. they just take money from customers not give proper services. pls take action against them.
