Hello,
I am experiencing the worst issues using your network. I cannot MAKE A SINGLE CALL to anyone from my number . It has been months since I am complaining about this. But nobody is taking it seriously. The customer care agents ask to go to airtel thanks app but the app has nothing which can help.
Being your customer for 7-8 years, I never faced calling problem. Being in a situation where you need to try calling 20 times to make a call connect. If any emergency occurs, my life will be in danger due to your network because I cannot make calls at emergency times . Yet I am not saying anything about internet which is even worse .
Your agents say that its an area issue, then how does my family’s other airtel numbers work without any issue?
This is Airtel’s negligence to my issue and I cant bear it anymore now.
I am filing a consumer forum report against it and then go to the court.
These are all the complaints I last made and no one did anything to help.
