Respect sir, 

My complaint regarding data balance.

Today 27/01/2019 I have called airtel customer care regarding this issue, first of all there is no proper customer executive is available, Al they do is pick up the phone and transfer to senior person, All the 3 times I talk to senior executive they told me that 5gb available and give me instructions like switch off the phone , change the settings etc…  Nothing worked again I called again they transferred the call to senior executive, the senior who take the phone and telling something else that there is no balance in ur account. I am fed up with these kind of coustmer care executives Please kindly take action against them and Please help me to get justice
