I ordered Acer Neo 16 Laptop on 2nd may 2025, the order has to be delivered by 3rd may 2025. Delivery person called me on 3rd and said delivery is not possible they will deliver on 4th may, on 4th may delivery people said they cannot exchange old laptop as their servers(Flipkart) are not working, so they rescheduled my delivery date to 5th may, i even approached customer support regarding that. i kept them calling every day, On 7th may without my permission order got cancelled and they said refund will take 6 days, but the Flipkart sale was till 8th may, when i called customer support they said because of quality issues my order was cancelled, they said they they cant do anything, Interesting thing is seller “sv peripherals” is still not removed from flipkart, because of then i lost time, and chance to buy a nice laptop since my card limit got over and amount still not refunded as per(9th may), Flipkart mistakes
1. They cancelled my order without my consent
2. They have not removed sv peripherals even though they are fraud as per their customer support information
3. Because of them i missed nice deal on laptop
